Getting rid of abdominal fat“Wholly moly” (full of moles), that is what I am and the only way to get rid of them that I know of  is to get them cut off. But, getting rid of abdominal fat is something I can do and I know how to do it fast.

Knowing about exercise is very important, but I have learned that knowing about nutrition and how it works is, in my opinion, %80 of the battle. Why is that you ask? I am glad you asked. Exercise can get you fit and plays a great part in weight lose if done correctly.

However, proper nutrition can also aid in getting you fit and, more importantly, get you healthy. Actually ridding you of medical conditions that you presently have. Plus, exponentially cause you to lose that unwanted, unhealthy fat at a rapid rate.

I have had several medical conditions that have vanished since eating properly including, high blood pressure, prostate problems, skin cancer, and I have people all the time tell me about their medical problems vanishing including problems like diabetes and circulatory issues.

My main area of fat accumulation is in my stomach and I know that is a very dangerous health situation. So, getting rid of abdominal fat is a big concern for me. In my journey to do this I have learned a great deal about nutrition and in my search have discovered many so called nutritional myths.

Today the article I am sharing is about one of those myths. The myth is as follows.

“I thought the egg yolks were terrible for you…that’s where all the nasty fat and cholesterol is”.

And I replied, “you mean that’s where all of the nutrition is!”

This is a perfect example of how confused most people are about nutrition.

losing belly fatLosing belly fat is what I am all about. Why? Because it will kill you. My second opinion is belly fat is ugly too!
