I am going to shock the fat off of you today. If you want to get rid of abdominal fat, a change in your diet is a must.
I used to think that changing my diet just meant getting rid of the junk food and switching to fruits, vegetables, lean meats, and fish. But, in switching to these foods, could it be that I was just switching to a different type of junk food?
Even worse, could it be that these new foods in my diet were even more unhealthy for me, or at least as unhealthy.
Getting rid of abdominal fat, and all fat for that matter, is not just about looking good, but it is about feeling good and becoming healthy again.
So, when you change your diet to a more healthy way of eating, you have to know that the foods you are now going to eat will not only help you lose the fat, but will also improve your health.
I love fish, and when I see it packaged in the grocery store, everything looks great. But, is it?

OK my friends, up until now, the articles I have been sharing with you have been about how to reduce abdominal fat. The problem is that, with the help of gravity, all that fat can really weigh on the stomach muscles and cause them to sag and be out of shape.

Jumpin Jimminy, I can not, for the life of me, get rid of this stubborn abdominal fat. Is this you and your situation?
When I first started to lose weight I jumped on board the diet philosophy of eating a well balanced diet of proper nutrition for a period of time and then reward myself by eating anything I wanted. The problem was that I would diet for 4 days and then reward myself for 3 or 10 days.
I had a difficult time stopping the reward eating once I started. Eating to many wrong carbs for to long of a period. So, even though I was not gaining a lot of weight, I could not make a dent in getting rid of that stubborn abdominal fat.
